Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days for in-stock merchandise. If a product goes out of stock after an order is placed, customer will be contacted with an alternate item or order cancellation. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of items in your shopping cart and delivery address.

Where Do You Ship Within The U.S.?

We deliver to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses (for military personnel). APO/FPO will be shipped USPS. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii will be shipped FedEx and require an additional fee over our regular shipping and handling charges. There is no expedited option for Guam or Virgin Islands at this time. We’re sorry but we don’t currently ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

Do You Ship Outside the U.S.?

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. We have Dr. Comfort distributors all around the world. Please contact Customer Service to find a distributor in your area.

Return Policy

Dr. Comfort allows returns for any reason within the specified time frame listed below within the date of shipment, unless shoes have been modified. This applies only to purchases made directly through DrComfort.com. If you ordered through a 3rd party. please contact the provider for the return policy and next steps.


How do I start a Return?

Items can be shipped back within the specified return window in the conditions listed above but if you have a question or concern, please give us a call at (866) 922-5300 or CLICK HERE to request return shipping label.

Please give us 7 business days to receive and process your return. Once we have received & processed your return back in our warehouse, it may take up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Shoes, Sandals, Slippers & Inserts

Dr. Comfort allows returns for any reason within 30 days of date of shipment, unless shoes have been modified. For products returned beyond that window, we grant credit on a case-by-case basis. Products exhibiting excessive wear or abuse will not be credited


Mismate pair (different size for Rt and Lt shoe)

A mismate pair can be returned within 30 days. The 67% surcharge cost for the mismate purchase is non-refundable.

Warranty

Limited Warranty

DJO warrants to the customer that any Dr. Comfort products purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months. The warranty period commences on the date of shipment. DJO’s obligation for this Limited Warranty is to repair or replace a defective product at no charge to the customer, or to credit customer’s account for the purchase price paid for the defective product, at DJO’s discretion, which is customer’s exclusive remedy.. This limited warranty does not apply if the defective product (i) is subject to abuse, neglect, misuse or accident, (ii) has not been used in accordance with written instructions for use, (iii) was not purchased from DJO or an authorized dealer, (iv) was modified from its original configuration or repaired or altered by anyone other than DJO or a person authorized by DJO.

DJO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES NOT SET FORTH IN THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Dr. Comfort accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards for online orders. Your credit card statement will reflect our parent company, DJO, LLC. At the time your order is placed, you may see an authorization on your credit card. This is not a charge. The credit card is charged only once an order ships.




Reimbursement

Medicare Reimbursement is only available through select shoes or inserts prescribed by a qualified doctor or provider. Contact Customer Service to find a qualified provider near you.
