- How can I order Dr. Comfort footwear?
- You can order directly online or by calling 1-800-556-5572. To receive Medicare or insurance reimbursement for shoes and inserts, order from an authorized provider in your area. Find one here.
- How do you ship?
- We use UPS for all domestic and international shipping. USPS delivery is available upon request.
- Do Dr. Comfort shoes automatically come with inserts?
- When ordered online or by phone, the price of shoes includes one pair of our Gel Plus inserts.
- How long does it take to process and ship orders?
- All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- Dr. Comfort accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards for online orders. We also accept ACH/Check-by-Phone payments for phone orders.
- What is your return policy?
- Dr. Comfort allows returns for any reason within 30 days of date of shipment, unless shoes have been modified. For products returned beyond that window, we grant credit on a case-by-case basis. Products exhibiting excessive wear or abuse will not be credited.
