Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days for in-stock merchandise. If a product goes out of stock after an order is placed, customer will be contacted with an alternate item or order cancellation. Free shipping applies to all orders within the contiguous 48 States. Any additional shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of items in your shopping cart and delivery address.
We deliver to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses (for military personnel). APO/FPO will be shipped USPS. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii will be shipped FedEx and require an additional fee over our regular shipping and handling charges. There is no expedited option for Guam or Virgin Islands at this time. We’re sorry but we don’t currently ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. We have Dr. Comfort distributors all around the world. Please contact Customer Service to find a distributor in your area.
