Return Policy

Dr. Comfort allows returns for any reason within the specified time frame listed below within the date of shipment, unless shoes have been modified or show signs of wear. We do not save or ship back out-of-policy returns so please ensure your product is within policy before sending it back. This applies only to purchases made directly through DrComfort.com. If you ordered through a 3rd party, please contact the provider for the return policy and next steps.

How do I start a Return?

Items can be shipped back within the specified return window and must be in unworn condition. CLICK HERE to request return shipping label.

If you do not have a printer to print this label, you may take this to a FedEx location and they will print it for you.

Please give us 7 business days to receive and process your return. Once we have received & processed your return back in our warehouse, it may take up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. As a reminder, we do not save or ship back out-of-policy returns so please ensure your product is within policy before sending it back. Shoes, Sandals, Slippers & Inserts

Dr. Comfort allows returns for any reason within 30 days of date of shipment, unless shoes have been modified or show signs of wear. For products returned beyond that window, we grant credit on a case-by-case basis. Products exhibiting excessive wear or abuse will not be credited

Mismate pair (different size for Rt and Lt shoe)

A mismate pair can be returned within 30 days. The 67% surcharge cost for the mismate purchase is non-refundable.
